Who handles your data

What we process and why

If you write to us: your name, your email and whatever you tell us, in order to reply. Basis: your consent when writing and our interest in answering your enquiry.

If you use the platform: your account data (name, email) and what you enter into it (brands, competitors, questions), to provide the service. Basis: the contract.

This website

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The server logs technical data about each visit (IP address, date, page requested) for a limited time, for security and to detect abuse.

Who it is shared with

The providers we need to operate: hosting with Hetzner (Germany, European Union), DNS and email with Cloudflare. On the platform, the questions you configure are sent to the AI providers being measured (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google); those questions contain no personal data about you.

For how long

Messages, for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable time afterwards. Account data, for as long as the account exists.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@entityready.com. If you believe we have not handled them properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
