EntityReady

GEO · Generative Engine Optimization

Your customers stopped searching.
They ask AI.

EntityReady measures what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answer when someone asks about your market: whether they name you, whether they recommend you, in what position, and who they recommend instead. Then it tells you what to change.

For brands that want to be named, and for agencies that manage several.

A search engine gave you ten links. An AI assistant gives one answer and names two or three brands. If you are not in that sentence, for that customer you do not exist.

How it works

From "no idea what AI says about us" to a to-do list

  1. 1 · We describe your brand

Your website, your products, your markets and the competitors you are compared with. That is how every brand is recognised in the answers.

  2. 2 · We write your customers' questions

The ones someone asks when they start looking, when they compare, and when they are about to decide. Drafted from your site and reviewed by hand: nothing is measured until it is approved.

  3. 3 · We ask every day

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. We store every answer exactly as returned, with its sources, and detect which brands it names, in what order, and whether it recommends them.

  4. 4 · We tell you what to do on Monday

A one-page report and a list of actions: where your competitors appear and you do not, which sources the AI cites, and what content is missing.

What you measure

Numbers you can defend in front of a client

Visibility and recommendation

How many answers mention you, and in how many you are put forward as an option. Being named and being recommended are not the same, so we keep them apart.

Share of voice and position

How much you are talked about compared with your competitors, and whether you come first or last in the list.

Citations and sources

Which pages the AI relies on to answer about your market: yours, your competitors', or third parties'. That is where the work is.

The answer behind every figure

Open any number and read the exact answer that produced it, with your brand and your rivals highlighted where they appear.

How many answers it rests on

Every percentage shows how many answers it was measured on, and its margin. When there are too few, it says so. We would rather say "not yet" than show a pretty number.

The exact model, always

We measure the models through their APIs and name them in every report. We do not sell "what ChatGPT shows" when we measured something else.

For agencies

Every client in its own space, and a report with your brand on it

EntityReady is built for agencies with several clients: each client in its own space, your team with its own permissions, and a one-page report carrying your agency's logo, shared through a link, with no account for your client to create.

  • Many clients and projects, data never mixed
  • Roles for your team: who views and who edits
  • Branded report, shared by link and revocable
  • Monthly budget per project: spend never runs away

“The dashboard is what you use. The report is what your client reads. That is why the report says where every number comes from.”

Visibility audit

Where you appear today against your rivals, when the AI ignores you, when it says something false about you, and when it recommends a competitor even though you are the better fit.

Structured data and entity

Make machines understand who you are without ambiguity: structured data (JSON-LD), consistent information everywhere, and your brand tied to what you actually do.

Presence in the sources

Work on the pages, forums and media the AI draws from, on the specific opportunities the audit found, with follow-up to check that something moved.

FAQ

What people usually ask

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization: getting AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini to mention and recommend you when someone asks about your market. It is to AI assistants what SEO is to search engines.

Which engines do you measure?

OpenAI's models with web search, Perplexity (Sonar) and Google Gemini with grounding, through their APIs. Every report names the exact model measured.

Is it the same as what someone sees in the ChatGPT app?

Very close, not identical. The consumer app adds its own layers, such as history, memory or location. We say so plainly instead of implying otherwise.

When will I see results?

The first snapshot takes a day. Trends need two to four weeks of daily measurements. Improving visibility depends on work on the sources and usually takes months; what you get from day one is knowing where you stand and what to move.

How much does it cost?

We are opening the platform to a small group of agencies and brands. Write to us and we will tell you the terms.

Does AI name you when people ask about what you do?

Tell us about your brand or agency and your main competitors. We will reply with a first snapshot of where you stand.
